MANGO MOUSSE

Ingredients used in MANGO MOUSSE
• Mango - 2 number.
• Sugar - 3-4 tablespoons.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon powder - pinch.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Cream - 1 cup.
• Whipped cream - as required.
Method:
  • Remove the peel and cut mango into cubes.
  • Heat the pan, add ½ cup of mango, sugar, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, lime juice and cook it, Transfer into blender to make the smooth mango puree.
  • Take a bowl and whip the cream till nice peaks are formed.
  • Take a serving glass and add mango cubes, whipped cream.
  • Spread the mango puree as a layer, on it spread whipped cream again.
  • Top it with cubes of mango and keep in the refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes.

Now the mango mousse is now ready to serve.
