Ingredients used in MAMIDIKAYA PACCHI ROYYALU
• Mango - 1 number.
• Prawns - 500 grams.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - half tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add cleaned prawns then saute them till it becomes red in colour.
  • Now add green chillies, onions, salt then mix it thoroughly till it changes its color to brown.
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and again saute it for another 5 minutes.
  • After that add small mango pieces and mix the curry.
  • Once the oil comes out on the top layer, switch off the flame.
