Ingredients used in LEMON BAR
• Eggs - 3 numbers.
• Lemon zest - 1 pinch.
• Sugar - 1 1/2 cup.
• Lemon - 2 no.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• All purpose flour - 2 cup.
• Butter - 1 cup.
Method:
  1. In a bowl, add eggs, lemon zest and whisk it
  2. Add 3 tbs sugar, lime juice, pinch of salt and whisk it nicely.
  3. In another bowl, add all purpose flour, sugar and mix it.
  4. Add butter and mix slightly, transfer into greased baking tray as a layer.
  5. Press it nicely with hand and bake at 180 ºC for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and spread egg mixture on its top and bake it again for 15 minutes.
  7. Allow it to rest and cut into pieces.

Now lemon bar is ready to serve.

Hi mam, I tried this lemon bar taste is good but my layers got separated top layer didn't stick with bottom layer. How should I avoid this situation ??
