KADAI MASALA VEGETABLE WITH MAKHANI FLAVOUR

Ingredients used in KADAI MASALA VEGETABLE WITH MAKHANI FLAVOUR
• Coriander seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon stick - small.
• Cloves - 2 numbers.
• Cardomom - 1 numbers.
• Caraway seeds/fennel seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Dry red chillies - 4 numbers.
• Pepper corns - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Carrot (slices) - 1 numbers.
• Beans (chopped) - 5 numbers.
• Potato ( 1 inch slices) - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 bunch.
• Cauliflower (florets) - 1 number.
• Tomato purre - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Capsicum - 1 number.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves - 1 tea spoon.
• Fresh cream - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add dry red chilies, coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves,cardamom, caraway seeds,pepper corns. Saute it for 3 to 4 mins.
  • Now add all these ingredients into a blender, make it to a fine powder and keep aside.
  • Take a pan, add oil, chopped carrot, chopped beans, chopped potato and saute it.
  • To it, add turmeric powder, curry leaves and mix it.
  • Now add chopped cauliflower, tomato puree, water and masala that we have prepared atthe start. Cook it for 3 to 4 more minutes.
  • Then add butter and kasuri methi to it and mix it.
  • Again add chopped capsicum, chopped onion, and tomato and mix it well.
  • Now add fresh cream and coriander leaves and mix it.

Serve with rice.
