Ingredients used in JUNNU
• Cashew nuts - 10 no.
• Pepper powder - half tablespoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Milk - 200 ml.
• Eggs - 2 no.
• Condensed milk - 200 ml.
• Jaggery - to taste.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and pour condensed milk and add eggs,jaggery,cardamom powder,pepper powderand fried cashewnuts,warm milk and stir well till jaggery dissolves.
  • Place this in the pressure cooker with out whistle and cook it for 20minutes.place this in refrigerator when it is cooled.
