Ingredients used in JUNNU
• Cashew nuts - 10 no.
• Pepper powder - half tablespoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Milk - 200 ml.
• Eggs - 2 no.
• Condensed milk - 200 ml.
• Jaggery - to taste.
Method:
Take a bowl and pour condensed milk and add eggs,jaggery,cardamom powder,pepper powderand fried cashewnuts,warm milk and stir well till jaggery dissolves. Place this in the pressure cooker with out whistle and cook it for 20minutes.place this in refrigerator when it is cooled.
