JUMBO PRAWN CRISPY WRAPS

Ingredients used in JUMBO PRAWN CRISPY WRAPS
• Pomegranate seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cheese - 1/4 cup.
• Tabasco sauce - 4 drops.
• Prawns - 4 numbers.
• Chopped garlic - 1 tea spoon.
• Flour - 1 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • First cut the prawn into butterfly shape marinate with tabasco sauce.
  • In a bowl add cheese, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, chilly powder, chopped garlic, mix this like a dough, stuff the mixture into the prawn and sprinkle the salt.
  • Make kachori dough, or any dough for that matter, make into a diamond shape sheet and apply egg wash on the edges of the sheet and leave the tail part and roll the stuffed prawn dressing up and deep fry the prawn in golden color.
