Ingredients used in JOWAR ROTI UPMA
• Jowar roti - 2 numbers.
• Chana dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Lemon juice - 1 piece.
• Mustard seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 piece.
• Coriander (chopped) - ½ bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • In a mixie jar add jowar rotis and make them like a coarse powder.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, ginger and saute them.
  • Now add onions, green chilies, salt and fry them, now add jowar roti powder, some water, coriander leaves, lemon juice, and cook for 4-5 minutes and serve hot.
