Ingredients used in Jam Filled Butter Cookies
• All purpose flour / maida flour - 100 grams.
• Vanilla extracts - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar powder - 70 grams.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Water - 1 tablespoon.
• Jam - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add butter, cream it, in this add powder sugar, mix it well.
  • Now add vanilla extract along with 1 tablespoon of water, again mix it. Later, add all purpose flour, knead it like a dough,
  • Take the dough, sprinkle with flour on top of floor, roll this dough into sheets, then take a fancy cutter and cut even number of the cookies into similar size.
  • After cookies are transfered in tray, leave half of the cookies just like that and to the rest of the cookie make a well in the center of each cookie using a smaller cutter.
  • Bake both of them at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
  • Now, take jam, with palate knife cream it.
  • At last, to serve it take the hallow one put in on the flat once, fill the hole with your favorite jam. Put it in the oven for 1 more minute and remove them.

Delicious Jam Filled Butter Cookies is now ready to serve.

you should have put the jam in the first layer of cookie then top it with the other cookie so the two cookies stick together!!
