Rose petals are delicate, highly aromatic and come in a variety of different shades like red, white, orange, pink, yellow etc. They have an awesome flavor that can be sweet, spicy or tart depending on the color. Generally the red or the pink color rose varieties are used for garnish on cakes and desserts. This enhances the aroma, gives a pleasant floral flavor and looks very decorative, made to look alluring on sight.

Rose petals - 200 gms
Sugar - 250 gms
Khoya - 150 gms
Cardamom powder - 10 gms

A Thicker and drier version of evaporated and condensed milk.. but its not sweetened with sugar.. we can prepare end number of sweet dishes with Khoya.. we can find it at any indian grocery store..
