Ingredients used in Crispy Chinese Bhel
• Noodles - 100 grams.
• Corn starch - 10 grams.
• Red, green, yellow bell peppers (juliennes) - 100 grams.
• Onion (juliennes) - 1 numbers.
• Green chili sauce - 2 teaspoons.
• Tomato ketchup - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chili sauce - 2 teaspoons.
• Vinegar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 5 grams.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds (roasted) - 5 grams.
• Spring onion (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Preheat the air fryer at 200 degree centigrade.
  • First boil the noodles and cool it down.
  • Sprinkle some corn starch over the cooked noodles and toss well.
  • After its preheated, put the noodles in the air fryer at 200 degree centigrade for 6 minutes.
  • After around 4-5 minutes, toss the noodles and close the lid to fry again. When 7 minutes are over, take them outside and cool them.
  • In a bowl, add juliennes of red, green and yellow bell peppers and onions.
  • Add green chili sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, chopped spring onion, roasted sesame seeds, mix well and drizzle over the crispy noodles and toss well.

Crispy Fried Chinese Bhel Recipe:

Ingredients:

Noodles                                                  -       100 gm

Corn Flour                                             -       10 gm

Red, Green, Yellow Bell Peppers      -       100 gm

Onions                                                    -       1 no

Green chilli sauce                                 -       2 tsp

Tomato Ketchup                                   -       2 tsp

Red chilli sauce                                     -       2 tsp

Vinegar                                                   -       5 ml

Sugar                                                       -       5 gm

Soya sauce                                             -       2 tsp

Sesame seeds                                        -       5 gm

Salt                                                          -       to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat the air fryer at 200 degree C.
  2. First boil the noodles and cool it down.
  3. Sprinkle some corn starch over the cooked noodles and toss well.
  4. Put the noodles in the air fryer at 200 degree C for 4 minutes.
  5. Take them outside and cool them.
  6. In a bowl, add juliennes of red, green and yellow bellow peppers and onions.
  7. Add green chillies, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, roasted sesame seeds, mix well and drizzle over the crispy noodles and toss well.
