Ingredients used in Hariyali Jinga
• Shrimp - 500 grams.
• Coriander leaves - 3 bunch.
• Onion - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - 2-3 springs.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Green chili - 4 number.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Blend coriander leaves, mint leaves ,green chilies, salt in a fine paste and keep a side. Take a pan add oil, chopped onions ,salt and saute it . Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add green paste and cook till it release oil from it. Once it get cooked, add chopped curry leaves and cook it till mixture get dry. Then add shrimp, mix well so all the green paste coat shrimp properly. After that add crushed pepper on top and cook for 2-3minutes with the lid on it. Then mix it and again cook for 2 minutes. Now add garam masala and mix well. Switch off the flame and add lime juice. Serve hot.
