Ingredients used in Hara Bhara Chat
• Salt - to taste.
• Geen chutney - 2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Boiled green peas - 200 grams.
• Green chilli paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Fresh coriander - 1 cup.
• Potato boiled and mashed - 500 grams.
• Red chutney - 2 tablespoons.
• Sliced onion - 1 no.
• Sliced tomato - 1 no.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Mix all potato mixture and divide into 2 portions and keep aside.
  • Heat oil and add all green peas mixture and cook for 2minutes. Grease a baking bowl with 1tablespoon.oil and spread halfof the potato mixture. Press well.
  • Spread green chutney over it and then spread green peas mixture.
  • Now spread the red chutney. Put the remaining potato mixture, press well.
  • Apply 1 tablespoon. oil over it. Bake in the oven at 200c till it becomes brown. Decorate with tomato and onion slices.
