- Soak rice, sago pearls, urad dal, separately in water for about 4 hours, drain the water and blend to a fine dosa batter. Keep this batter in a warm place to ferment (for 10 to 12 hrs).
- Once batter gets fermented,add a little salt and mix well.
- Take a spoon full of batter and pour it onto a hot tawa, spread evenly in the circular motion to make a thin dosa. Drizzle some ghee on the edges and center.
- Then sprinkle some gunpowder all over the dosa and cook until crisp and golden in color.
Serve this Dosa hot with chutney.
