Ingredients used in Green peas poori
• Wheat flour - 1-½ cup.
• Green chilly(chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander chopped - 2 tablespoons.
• Green peas - 3/4 cup.
• Semolina - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Carom seeds - ½ tea spoon.
Method:
  • First, take green peas, chopped coriander leaves, salt, green chilly, carom seeds, all ingredients put it into the blender make a nice paste.
  • In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, semolina, oil add the paste of green peas and add water make a stiff dough.
  • Divide the dough into small poori size portion, coat the roundels with oil, take the roundel using rolling pin roll small poori and deep fry them.

Serve this hot with favorite curry.
