GRATED MANGO PICKLE

Ingredients used in GRATED MANGO PICKLE
• Raw mango - 1 number.
• Oil - 5 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Fenugreek powder - 1 pinch.
• Red chili powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Grate raw mango along with peel.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida and switch off flame.
  • To it add mango, fenugreek powder, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and mix nicely, transfer into glass jar.

Now grated mango pickle is ready.
