Ingredients used in GONGURA PACHADI 1
• Sorrel leaves - 2 bunch.
• Green chillies - 5-6 numbers.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Tomatoes - 1-2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - half tablespoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Red chilly - 5-6 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 2 spring.
• Tempering seeds - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take the pressure cooker and add green chillies, tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, sorrel leaves and cook for 2 whistles then keep it aside.
  • Transfer it in a blender and blend it into fine paste.
  • Heat oil in the pan and add tempering seeds, dry red chillies, curry leaves and saute it.
  • Add the paste and mix thoroughly for 2 minutes.
  • Now the delicious recipe is ready to serve with hot rice.
