GOLDEN  FRIED STUFFED CAPSICUM

Ingredients used in GOLDEN FRIED STUFFED CAPSICUM
• Capsicum(cut into quarters with stalk on it) - 6 piece.
• Paneer grated - 1 cup.
• Sweetcorn - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 number.
• Chilli flakes - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chopped coriander - 1/2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Refined flour(maida) - 1 cup.
• Corn flour - 1/4 cup.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Baking soda - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chili sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Msg - 1 pinch.
• Beaten egg - 1 number.
Method:
  • Cut the capsicum into quarters of capsicum.
  • For stuffing: In a bowl add panner, garlic, onions, sweet corn, chili flakes, pepper powder, coriander, ingredients, salt, and mix it.
  • Now take the bell pepper stuff the prepared mixture and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl add maida, corn flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, MSG mix it.
  • Then add green chilly sauce, beaten egg, water mix it and make it into a thick batter.
  • In this add salt, oil mix it and rest for 2-3 minutes.
  • Dip the stuffed capsicum fry in the hot oil untilit gets a golden color transfer into a plate.

Now ready to serve the golden fried stuffed capsicum.
