Ingredients used in Paneer Ajwain Fry
• Paneer - 100 grams.
• Ajwain - 1 tablespoon.
• All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Crush pepper - 1 tablespoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Dice paneer and keep aside.
  • Pestle ajwain, transfer to a bowl, add all-purpose flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, sugar, pepper powder along with water and mix it to a thick batter.
  • Now dip the paneer pieces in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil.

Hot Crispy Paneer AjwainFry is now ready to serve with tomato sauce.
