Ingredients used in Ghee Rice
• Whole garam masala - 0.
• Green chillies - a few 0.
• Coconut milk - 1+1 cup.
• Cashunuts/ peas - 100 grams.
• Long grained rice (basmati) - 1kg numbers.
• Onion - 1 small.
Method:
  • Heat a pan add some oil to it, then add the whole garam masalas, onion, green chillies,cashew nuts/peas, fry.
  • Now add rice (soaked), fry for a minute.
  • Then take coconut milk fresh coconut milk will be good for this dish as you will get the buttery kind of fat in it, and tastes good, for 1 cup of rice add 1 cup of coconut milk the at last add salt to taste and cook it till done.
