Ingredients used in GHEE RICE
• Shajeera - half tea spoon.
• Jeera - 1 tea spoon.
• Cashewnuts - 1 cup.
• Basmati rice - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ghee (more tastes better) - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • First was and soak basmati rice for 1/2hour.
  • Then cook it until 3/4 done. in a wok or kadai, heat ghee, then add jeera and shajeera.
  • Let it spluttr. add cahewnuts and fry until light brown. then add the cooked rice and salt. mix well. it tastes really good with chole curry.
