GINGER CAPSICUM FRIED RICE

Ingredients used in GINGER CAPSICUM FRIED RICE
• Ginger - 5 grams.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Yellow bell pepper(long slices) - 1/4 cup.
• Red bell pepper(long slices) - 1/4 cup.
• Green bell pepper(long slices) - 1/4 cup.
• Basmati rice - 1 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add crushed ginger and saute it.
  • Add yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Add cooked Basmati rice, pepper powder, salt, ghee and saute it for 1 minute.

Now the tasty ginger capsicum fried rice is ready to serve.
