Ingredients used in Garlic chamman
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Mint leaves - 1 bunch.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Nut meg powder - pinch.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Garlic - 4 clove.
• Ginger (1 inch) - 4-5 piece.
• Spinach - 150 grams.
• Garlic cloves - 20 grams.
• Butter - 1 tablespoons.
• Cream - 1 tablespoons.
• Paneer (grated) - 150 grams.
• Kasuri methi - 1-2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • First blanch the spinach (whole leaf) keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic pieces, green chilies, chopped onion, nutmeg powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, saute it.
  • After 1 minutes, add blanched spinach switch off the flame and let it cool down and put this into the blender and make a paste.
  • Heat butter in a pan,add garlic cloves put the lid on and cook this in the butter on a slow flame till garlic is soft.
  • Then add kasuri methi, prepared paste, mix it well.
  • At last, add salt, cream, grated paneer, cook this for few minutes then switch off the flame.
