Ingredients used in Fruit Omelette
• Eggs - 4 numbers.
• Apple slices - 1/2 cup.
• Seedless grapes - 10 numbers.
• Dates pieces - 1 tea spoon.
• Coconut (grated) - 2 teaspoons.
• Carrot grated - 2 teaspoons.
• Cashew nuts (fried) - 10 numbers.
• Pineapple essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pineapple pieces - 2 tablespoons.
• Milk - 2 tablespoons.
• Honey - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ghee - 2 teaspoons.
• Tutti-frutti cherries - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add finely chopped fruits, Dates pieces, half of sugar powder, half of essence and mix it well, then keep it aside.
  • Take another bowl add eggs and beat them thoroughly then add milk, remaining sugar powder, essence and mix it well.
  • Heat a nonstick pan, add ghee, egg mixture and close it with a lid and cook on low flame.
  • When it cooks well, turn it to other side and switch off the flame.
  • When it cools down add fruit mixture and other ingredients on it and roll it.
  • Before serving add grated coconut, carrot, Honey and Tutti-frutti cherries.

Tasty fruit omelette is ready to serve.
