Ingredients used in Fried Rice
• Rice (cooked) - 2 cups.
• Peas - 1/2 cup.
• Raisins - 1/2 cup.
• Almonds - 1/2 cup.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Butter - 4 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Carrots (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Eggs (beaten) - 2 number.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat butter in a pan, add almonds and raisins, fry till almonds get golden and raisins puff up. Set aside.
  • Take another pan, add butter. Once butter gets melted, add beaten eggs, green chillies, peas, carrots and saute them.
  • After that add rice and salt . mix them properly.
  • At last garnish with fried dry fruits.

Serve hot.
