Ingredients used in FISH CURRY
• Ground cumin - 2 tea spoon.
• Ground coriander - 1 tablespoon.
• Fresh ginger (finely grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic (finely sliced) - 2 cloves.
• Medium onion (finely sliced) - 1 number.
• Curry leaves - 6 numbers.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Sea fish - 500 grams.
• Ground turmeric - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ground fenugreek - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coconut milk - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - to taste.
  • Wash and cut fish into small pieces. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil, fry the curry leaves until they turn slightly brown in color.
  • Then add chopped onion, chopped garlic, ginger and fry until onion is soft and golden.
  • To it, even add all the ground spices and fry, stirring, until they smell aromatic.
  • Later, add coconut milk and salt to the same pan and bring to the boil by stirring occasionally. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  • At last, put the fish pieces in gravy. Ladle the liquid over it and simmer until fish is well cooked.
  • Remove from heat and srprinkle in lemon juice to taste.

I cooked chieck biryani by following ur video. It was GR8 HIT. All my fnds loved it. It was better than v ate outside. Can you also make vido of dhokla receipe. I love dholka(khaman). Do you have ur reciepe book?

Ever since watching your site I have taken up cooking in earnest, tried this fish curry and it turned out fantastic. Would cut down on the coconut milk a bit next time. Thanks a lot, great site, keep it up!!!.
