This is a my favorite homemade pancake recipe. kids love it and it is very tasty. It can be serve as breakfast or snack.

Ingredients used in Feather Light Pancake
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 1/3 cup.
• Salt - half tea spoon.
• Cottage cheese - 1 cup.
• Egg - 4 numbers.
• Dry milk - 1/3 cup.
• Water - 1/3 cup.
• Honey - half cup.
• Orange juice concentrate - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Place water in bowl. Add dry milk and beat until mixture has no lump and get soft.Add remaining ingredients except egg whites.
  • Beat egg whites in another bowl, till soft peaks form.Mix it in the above mixture
  • Heat tawa or griddle. Add butter. Then pour 2 tbsp batteron hot, greased griddle. Bake until golden brown. Turn and bake on other side.

Serve it hot.
