Ingredients used in EGG MAIDA DOSA
• Rice powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coreinder leaves - half bunch.
• Green chilli - 2 no.
• Onion - half cup.
• Maida - 2 cup.
• Egg - 2 no.
• Salt - to taste.
• Hing - pinch.
Method:
  • In a mixer , add the eggs and maida, with little water and made a dough of the regular dosa consistency.
  • Transfer it to a bowl and add the salt, rice powder,hing, finely chopped onion,chilli and coreinder leaves, Mix all well. Make the dosa.
