Ingredients used in Egg kurma
• Cocounut piece - 25 grams.
• Groundnuts - 25 grams.
• Chopped onions - 1/2 cup.
• Tomato paste - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chilles - 2 numbers.
• Dalad or ghee - 25 grams.
• Garlic - 5 numbers.
• Ginger - 1/4 piece.
• Bael leaf - 2 leaf.
• Boiled eggs - 4 numbers.
• Jeera - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cooriander seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Kashmiri red chilles - 3 numbers.
• Cooriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Refined oil - 200 ml.
Method:
  • First of we should fry ground nuts, kashmiri red chilies, coriander seeds, jeera and coconut piece in 6 tablespoons of oil.
  • After that fry chopped onions, green chilies, garlic too and add gram masala also this to your food processor and make it as afine paste by adding sufficient water to it.
  • Put 3 tablespoons of oil in the pan which your going cook curry after heating the oil then fry the eggs and take it to another plate.
