Ingredients used in Egg Bhaji
• Eggs - 6 number.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Haldi/turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - to taste.
• Onions (chopped) - 2 large.
• Ginger (sliced) - 1 numbers.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Slice the onions, chilies, ginger lengthwiseand fry in kadhai until onions are golden brown. Dice tomatoes into small pieces and add this to onions. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add all the powders (red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder) and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Halve the boiled eggs and add to mix. Mix eggs and masala gently until eggs are nicely coated with masala. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes on medium flame. At last, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
