Ingredients used in Dahi Pudina Aloo
• Oil - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mint leaves - 1 cup.
• Caraway seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 number.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - half cup.
• Cashew nuts powder - half cup.
• Potatoes(boiled and chopped) - 3 number.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add oil, chopped onion, salt, mint leaves and cook it well. Then transfer into a blender and make it into fine paste and keep a side.
  • Now take another pan and add oil, caraway seeds, chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and mix it well. And add mint leaves paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, curd and cook it well.
  • Then add cashew nuts powder and cook it. And add chopped boiled potato and cook it.

Serve with hot rice.
