Ingredients used in EGG AND CHEESEY BUN
• Flour - 1 cup.
• Yeast - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Sugar - 2 teaspoons.
• Boiled eggs - 2 numbers.
• Pepper powder - 1 pinch.
• Grated cheese - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 20 ml.
Method:
Take flour in a bowl and add yeast, salt, sugar, water and knead it into a paste. Add oil in it and rest of the flour and knead it into a dough and let it rest for 30-45 minutes. In the meantime chop the boiled eggs and season it with some salt and pepper powder. Then add grated cheese and mix it well. With the dough make small small buns by just rolling it in your hands. Spread it out the buns with your hands and add the stuffing mixture in it and seal it. Just press with your hands and spray some water on it. Add black sesame seeds on top of it and let it rest for 20-25 minutes. Now bake it in oven at 220-200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. *Once it is baked brush it with some oil.*
