EGG AND CHEESEY BUN

Ingredients used in EGG AND CHEESEY BUN
• Flour - 1 cup.
• Yeast - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Sugar - 2 teaspoons.
• Boiled eggs - 2 numbers.
• Pepper powder - 1 pinch.
• Grated cheese - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 20 ml.
Method:
  • Take flour in a bowl and add yeast, salt, sugar, water and knead it into a paste.
  • Add oil in it and rest of the flour and knead it into a dough and let it rest for 30-45 minutes.
  • In the meantime chop the boiled eggs and season it with some salt and pepper powder.
  • Then add grated cheese and mix it well.
  • With the dough make small small buns by just rolling it in your hands.
  • Spread it out the buns with your hands and add the stuffing mixture in it and seal it.
  • Just press with your hands and spray some water on it.
  • Add black sesame seeds on top of it and let it rest for 20-25 minutes.
  • Now bake it in oven at 220-200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Once it is baked brush it with some oil.
