Ingredients used in EASY CHEESY BALLS
• Bread - (5-6) slice.
• Pepper(crushed) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Mixed herbs - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Baking powder - 1 pinch.
• Buttermilk - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
Method:
Take a mixie jar add bread and grind it to make breadcrumbs and transfer into a bowl. To it, even add crushed pepper, mixed herbs, garlic, salt, cheese, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and mix nicely using buttermilk. Dip the hand in the water, take small dumpling and make round balls and deep fry in hot oil. Once it is golden in colour transfer into a plate. Now easy cheesy balls are ready to serve with tomato sauce.
