CURD RICE

Ingredients used in CURD RICE
• Yogurt (curd) - 1/2 cup.
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Cream - 1 tablespoon.
• Mango(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chillies - 2 numbers.
• Curd chillies - 3 numbers.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add cooked rice, salt, green chillies, chopped ginger and mash the rice.
  • Then add milk and mash it.
  • Now add beaten curd, cream, chopped mango, coriander leaves and mix it well.
  • In a hot pan add oil, red chillies, curd chillies, mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and saute it.
  • Then transfer into a curd rice and mix it nicely.
  • Transfer into a serving bowl.

Now curd rice is ready.
