Ingredients used in CUP CAKE PASTA
• Penne pasta - 1 cup.
• Olive oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya granules or chunks - 1/2 cup.
• Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Fresh red chillies(chopped) - 1 number.
Method:
  • Boil penne pasta and keep aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, mixed herbs, salt, tomato, red chilli powder, pepper powder, tomato ketchup and saute it, cook until tomato is soft.
  • Add water and switch off the flame.
  • In the boiling water add soya granules or chunks and squeeze water and keep aside.
  • In the silicon muffin mould at the base add mozzarella cheese, arrange boiled pasta in lengthwise to the corners.
  • Spread the soya granules, on top of it spread cheese and add fresh red chillies.
  • Bake them at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, later demould and top it with pasta sauce and tomato ketchup.

Now cupcake pasta is ready to serve.
