CUCUMBER GREEN CHILLI  MANGO PICKLE

Ingredients used in CUCUMBER GREEN CHILLI MANGO PICKLE
• Yellow cucumber - 1 number.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - (10-12) numbers.
• Garlic - (6-8) numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mango - 1 numbers.
• Mustard powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Cut yellow cucumber into pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add green chillies, garlic, salt and saute it for 1 minute, later transfer into mixie jar and blend into paste.
  • In the same pan add yellow cucumber, grated mango,green chili mixture paste, mustard powder and mix nicely.

Now instant cucumber green chilli mango pickle is ready to serve.
