this is good one ..although I would not like to add water while sauting the cucumbers .. cucumber contains lot of water .. and I THINK adding water at that point of time some how makes the spices effect little dull !! chef , I like your presentati

I'm glad to find a recipe with cucumber, of which we had an abundance this year. Unfortunately, I had no tomatoes on hand since tomato is not on the list of ingredients. Still, I enjoyed it and will make again.
