Ingredients used in COCONUT BURFI
• Pista,kaju grated - 100 grams.
• Milk - 1(1/2) cups.
• Sugar - 3/4 cup.
• Ghee - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Fresh coconutscraped - 3 cups.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add coconut and stir-fry for two to three minutes.
  • Add sugar and stir till sugar melts.
  • Add grated pista,kaju and continue to stir and cook. Add milk and mix and cook till most of the moisture dries up. Grease a tray.
  • Transfer the mixture onto the greased tray and spread evenly.
  • Smoothen the top. keep the tray in the refrigerator to set. Cut into squares and serve.

It was a nice recipe.. I tried it with milk powder n condensed milk instead of ordinary milk. It was really yummy
