Ingredients used in CHUKKA CHICKEN
• Onion - 1 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - 2 tablespoons.
• Bone less chopped chicken - 5 lbs.
Method:
  • Marinate chicken with all the ingredients other than oil and onion for about 30-40 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute it till light brown in color.
  • Then add chicken and cook by stirring occasionally for about10-20 minutes.
