Chinese style Mushroom and Cashew

Ingredients used in Chinese style Mushroom and Cashew
• Corn flour - 1/4 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1/4 cup.
• Flavoring salt - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Regular salt - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Pepper corn powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Mushrooms - 250 grams.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilli sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Flavoring salt - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - as required.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Cashew nuts - 1 cup.
• Chopped ginger - 1/4 cup.
• Chopped garlic - 1/4 cup.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Capsicum (red, green, yellow) - 3 number.
• Green chillies - 4 number.
Method:
  • Firstly, In a plate add corn flour, all-purposeflour, flavouring salt, regular salt, peppercorn powder, water , egg white mix it welL
  • Then coat mushroom pieces with this mixture and keep aside.
  • In a bowl add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, flavouring salt, sugar, tomato ketchup, pepper powder, water, salt mix it well.
  • Now heat oil in a pan add mushroom pieces and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then add cashew nuts and saute it for another few a minutes
  • Remove the cashew nuts and mushroom pieces into a plate and keep aside.

  • In the same oil add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, capsicum pieces (red, green, yellow), onion, green chillies and fry them.
  • Now add soya sauce mixture cook it for a minute.
  • Then add mushroom, cashew nuts pieces, also add cornflour-water and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now tasty Chinese style Mushroom and Cashew is ready to serve.
