Ingredients used in CHICKEN PULAO
• Basmati rice - 1 cup.
• Flat green beans - 1 cup.
• Boneless chicken - 250 grams.
• Ghee - 3 tablespoons.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Cinnamon - 1 piece.
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 0 to.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Water - 3 1/2 cup.
Method:
1. Heat little ghee with oil in a pan then add onions and saute it. 2. Now add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and cinnamon piece and saute it, later add chicken pieces and saute it. 3. When the chicken is half cooked then add flat green beans, green chillies and saute it. 4. Now add basmati rice, turmeric powder, water, garam masala, salt, then keep the lid on to cook it until the rice is done. 5. Garnish with coriander and serve it hot.
