Ingredients used in CHICKEN POTTLE
• Boneless chicken - 250 grams.
• Chopped beans - 3 teaspoons.
• Chopped carrots - 3 teaspoons.
• Chopped spring onions - 3 teaspoons.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Soya sauce - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Black pepper seeds - 5 numbers.
• All purpose flour - half cup.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Make a dough of All purpose flour by mixing with milk and keep it aside.
  • Then heat oil in a pan then add chopped carrot, spring onions and saute them.
  • Then add chicken, tomato, soya sauce, salt, black pepper and again saute it slightly.
  • Take the dough and make small poori to stuff the chicken mixture in it and make a pottle.
  • Then seal with spring onion.
  • In the idli cooker cook the pottle’s and enjoy them with hot sauce during the evening snack time.
