Ingredients used in CHICKEN POTTLE
• Boneless chicken - 250 grams.
• Chopped beans - 3 teaspoons.
• Chopped carrots - 3 teaspoons.
• Chopped spring onions - 3 teaspoons.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Soya sauce - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Black pepper seeds - 5 numbers.
• All purpose flour - half cup.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Make a dough of All purpose flour by mixing with milk and keep it aside. Then heat oil in a pan then add chopped carrot, spring onions and saute them. Then add chicken, tomato, soya sauce, salt, black pepper and again saute it slightly. Take the dough and make small poori to stuff the chicken mixture in it and make a pottle. Then seal with spring onion. In the idli cooker cook the pottle’s and enjoy them with hot sauce during the evening snack time.
