Ingredients used in CHICKEN CURRY
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Black pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 2-3 no.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 6-7 sticks.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Curd - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomatoes medium - 2 no.
• Onions - 1 no.
• Whole garam masala each ingerdient - 2-3 no.
• Chicken - 2 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Bay leaves - 2-3 no.
Method:
  • Cut,clean and wash chicken and then add to it curd,ginger-garlic paste,garam masala powder,red chilli and turmeric powder with little salt.Keep it aside.
  • Chop tomatoes,onion,coriander leaves and curry leaves.Slit green chillies Now in a pan take oil.Add whole garam masala, tej patta or bay leaves to it.
  • Add green chillies and onion, as the onions become soft add tomatoes fry it for 2-3 minutesand add coriander and curry leaves with black pepper powder.
  • Add marinated chicken and salt, Fry till oil separates. Add little or desired amount of water and let chicken cook in it.
