Ingredients used in CHICKEN CURRY
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Black pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 2-3 no.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 6-7 sticks.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Curd - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomatoes medium - 2 no.
• Onions - 1 no.
• Whole garam masala each ingerdient - 2-3 no.
• Chicken - 2 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Bay leaves - 2-3 no.
Method:
Cut,clean and wash chicken and then add to it curd,ginger-garlic paste,garam masala powder,red chilli and turmeric powder with little salt.Keep it aside. Chop tomatoes,onion,coriander leaves and curry leaves.Slit green chillies Now in a pan take oil.Add whole garam masala, tej patta or bay leaves to it. Add green chillies and onion, as the onions become soft add tomatoes fry it for 2-3 minutesand add coriander and curry leaves with black pepper powder. Add marinated chicken and salt, Fry till oil separates. Add little or desired amount of water and let chicken cook in it.
