Ingredients used in Cheese Sprouts Balls
• Green gram ( soaked ) - 1 cup.
• Chick pea ( soaked ) - 1 cup.
• Garlic ( chopped ) - 4 cloves.
• Green chillies ( chopped ) - 4 numbers.
• Carrot ( chopped ) - 2 numbers.
• Bottle gourd ( chopped ) - half number.
• Potato ( boiled and mashed ) - 2 numbers.
• Cheese - 1 cup.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 1 tea.
Method:
  • Grind the soaked sprouts (green grams, chick pea), chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, carrot, bottle gourd.
  • Take boiled and mashed potato in a bowl, add cheese, all-purpose flour, corn flour, grinded paste and mix well.
  • Now, shape the mixture into small balls, deep fry by coating them with bread crumbs.

Cheese Sprouts Balls are now ready to serve
