CARROT AND METHI CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in CARROT AND METHI CHUTNEY
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Dry red chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Green chillies - 3-4 numbers.
• Fenugreek leaves - 1 bunch.
• Tamarind - 5 grams.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Carrot - 2 numbers.
• Jaggery - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chillies, green chillies, fenugreek leaves, tamarind, turmeric powder and saute it.
  • To it add carrot and saute it, later transfer into blender, add jaggery, salt and blend into paste.

Now carrot and methi chutney is ready to serve.
