CARAMEL SAUCE

Ingredients used in CARAMEL SAUCE
• Heavy whipping cream - half cup.
• Butter - 6 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take a large and heavy bottomed pan and put the sugar in to the pan and heat in a high temperature.
  • Start whisking till the sugar becomes liquid then add butter to it and whisk till butter melts and then take the pan off the heat.
  • Now pour the cream slowly and then whisk continuously as it may form bubbles and add the total cream till it gets mixed properly.
