- Mix together gram flour, rice flour, red chilly powder, baking soda and salt to make bajji flour.
- Add water gradually to the bajji flour avoiding lumps and make a smooth paste.Heat oil in a kadai. When the oil is hot enough, dump few broccoli florets in the bajji batter.
- When the florets are completely coated with the batter, fry the florets in the oil.
- Drain excess oil using a paper towel.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
