Ingredients used in BREAD VADA
• Bread - 6 slice.
• Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Mint leaves(finely chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Green chilli(finely chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 1 number.
• Carrot(grated) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Mash the bread and add finely chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, mint leaves, carrot, onions, salt (to taste).
  • Add rice flour and curd for binding and mix it.
  • Heat oil in pan and make small vadas and deep fry till golden brown.

Crispy bread vadas are ready to serve.
