Ingredients used in Bhendi Bhaja
• Chota chota bhendi - 250 grams.
• Onion - to fry.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Haldi/turmeric powder - to taste.
Method:
  • Wash the Bhendi. Cut round small in pieces.
  • Then cut onion medium size 4 or 5. If you will add more onion then no problem.
  • In a tawa add oil. After that add onion.Fry the onion to golden colour.
  • Add the bhindi, then salt and haldi. Fry without water.
  • We are not adding water that is why stir it frequently. It is very very tasty. Not necessary to add any powder.

hi...i am having one query...hw long shld i fry de bhendi...whtr it shld be brown & crispy or green in color.
