Ingredients used in Beetroot Pomegranate Bread Toast
• Beetroot juice - 1 cup.
• Honey - 1 tea spoon.
• Egg - 1-2 number.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - pinch.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Pomegranate seeds - as required.
Method:
  • Boil beetroot juice till it thickens then add honey and mix well.
  • Beat egg, milk, sugar to a fluffy consistency if required can add a pinch of salt.
  • Melt butter in a pan then dip bread in the earlier beaten mixture.
  • Later roast on both sides till golden brown in color.
  • At last, serve roasted bread slices by garnishing with beetroot syrup and pomegranate seeds.
