Ingredients used in Beef Fried Rice
• Beef (thinly sliced) - 2 cups.
• Cooked rice - 1 cup.
• Garlic - 1 tea spoon.
• Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Crushed chili - 1 tea spoon.
• Maggi onion soup mix - 1 tea spoon.
• Frozen mixed vegetables - 1 cup.
• Red pepper - 1 number.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan. Add garlic and beef, cook until browned.
  • Then add sauces, chilli, soup mix and water. Add rice, mixed vegetables and red pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • In another pan, add beaten egg, cook on medium heat until set. Roll up and cut into strips.
  • Toss through fried rice and serve immediately.
